Belmont Park to Host Fall Starter Championships Oct. 17

The New York Racing Association announces the return of its lucrative Fall Starter Championships Day, which has expanded to 11 starter allowance events worth a combined $1.085 million on Saturday, Oct. 17, at the new Belmont Park.
